BCinteriors is Boulder’s largest office furniture store.

Locally owned and operated since 1979, we provide quality office desks, chairs, and cubicle systems, whether you are looking for top-of-the-line furniture or something to fit within your budget. It doesn’t matter if your office is a high-rise penthouse or in your home’s basement, we can furnish it.

At BCinteriors, we are a hands-on, service-oriented company that focuses on pleasing the customer. In an industry where the manufacturers often try and dictate the rules of the game, our goal is to take care of our customers from the moment they walk through our door and throughout the life of their purchase.

Starting From Scratch?

If you’re starting from scratch, we can visit your office and complete a needs assessment. Knowing what type of work goes on in your office on a day-to-day basis allows us to efficiently utilize the space you have to work with. We provide you with a list of recommendations for office furniture products that meet your needs.

Space Planning

BCI employs expert space planners that can help you design an effective office furniture layout for your space that will maximize its potential. Your designer can layout the workspace in real-time, utilizing 3D color renderings, allowing you to visualize every element of the project. At each design meeting, we discuss visual representations of the design, fabric and finish selections, and budgetary considerations. The primary objective is to ensure all project outcomes are met in an efficient, creative, and effective manner while adhering strictly to budgetary requirements.

Project Management

Based on your project goals and objectives the project manager creates and manages a project timeline. From the initial phase through the completion of punch list items, the project manager ensures all desired outcomes are achieved. The project manager confirms on-site critical dimensions, verifies that furniture is specified correctly, and coordinates with electrical, data, or any other vendor for install. Upon completion of the install you, the account manager, and project manager perform a final walk-through to make certain all project outcomes are met.

Delivery & Installation

BCI utilizes an in-house installation team as well as subcontractors that specialize in office furniture installation. On the day of install, any relevant finished product in the building is covered and protected before furniture is delivered into the space. We provide all equipment necessary to complete the install and remove all debris from the site. Prior the leaving, product is wiped down and carpets are vacuumed.

Post Installation

After the installation is completed, a punch-walk is completed to verify all furniture, including the overall layout, is to the satisfaction of all parties. The punch list is reviewed, and any issues spotted during the walkthrough are added to the list. All punch items are handled with the highest priority.
